Our boy participated in many swim meets at the River Forest Tennis Club in his home town. He also swam at the Dunes Club in Rhode Island where he could quite never beat out Chelsea in the in the swim races. To paraphrase an old movie Michael wore red.
Chelsea wore blue.
Realizing that competive swimming was not his strong suit, Michael tried other things in the water.
Unfortunately water football hadn't and still hasn't been invented.
Instead over the years Michael became more of a recreational swimmer.
The more things changed with water over the years the more they stayed the same.
